What’s your lead time?

It depends on the complexity of your project. Some projects can take as little as 3-5 days, others several weeks.
If your project has a strict deadline, let me know about it when you send your enquiry.

My project is super urgent! Can you work on it right now?

I’ll do what I can to help! Please use the form below or send an email to hello@radiantcopywriting.com for more information. Kindly be as detailed as possible.

Why haven’t I heard back from you yet?

Oh no! Please check your spam / junk mail—my reply may have landed there. Don’t forget to whitelist my email address so that doesn’t happen again.

Can we talk on the phone?

I’m currently only able to offer email consultations. This is primarily due to time difference but also because it’s incredibly challenging to stay focused on what I’m writing – and meet deadlines – when the phone keeps ringing. Thank you for understanding!

Why do you ask so many questions?

I can’t write for and about your brand if I don’t know anything about you. That’s why I have to ask you questions.

Can you send me your portfolio?

Unfortunately, I can’t disclose any previous works due to client confidentiality. Once a project has been paid in full, I no longer own what I wrote—copyright is transferred to the client.

Can you upload content to my website for me?

No. My services do not currently include uploading, formatting or monitoring content performance.

Will you provide photos / images for me?

No. But I’m happy to share links to free resources you can use for all your graphics needs!

How much will your services cost me?

It depends on several factors including project size, complexity and urgency. I suggest you send me an email to request a quote.

I’m not sure I can afford you. Do you have any special packages?

I sure do! You can find them here.

Can I hire you on retainer or for ongoing projects?

Yes! Please get in touch with me to discuss your needs.

Will I have to make an advance payment?

Yes – I require 50% of the total project fee in advance to get started.

I already have text written up and just need someone to edit it for me. Can you help?

Of course! I can edit existing copy as well as provide constructive feedback if you would like.

Do you offer consultation services?

Do you offer multilingual copywriting services?

Yes, but only from German to English.
